Perfect service, amazing views, delicious breakfast buffet, spacious and luxurious rooms, friendly staff, great amenities.

The staff, service, and facilities were excellent. Lovely views and a luxurious bed. Tea on arrival and luxury toiletries provided. The breakfast served with a view of the city was excellently prepared and served. Warm and helpful staff made our stay nice.

The views from the room were amazing, we were on a high floor and could see for miles. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Located near Borough Market, Ting restaurant offers stunning views of Tower Bridge. Guests can enjoy beautifully appointed rooms with great views and stylish decor. Immaculate bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. Breakfast at Ting is seamless and the food is great. The pool area provides a relaxing experience with complimentary coffee and water, while offering the best views of the city.

Service at Ting restaurant during dinner was dire and uncoordinated.

The views from our 50th floor room were amazing. The hotel had hi-tech modern facilities and every comfort we needed. The breakfast was first class with a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The location was great, just a short tube journey to the West End and close to Borough Market for some delicious street food.

The view from the hotel was fine, especially from the higher floors. It was amazing to see the cityscape and landmarks. Another great aspect was the luxurious rooms, with big comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The hotel also had a great location, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation options.

One downside was the lack of inclusivity in the dining options. The breakfast not being included with the room and having to book everything from restaurants to pool was an inconvenience.

The rooms were fantastic, staff was helpful and showed a cheaper and better alternative. Fabulous views, excellent service. A warm toilet seat was a marvel. Attentive staff made our anniversary/birthday celebration special. Room accommodated our reception and lunch. Granddaughter loved the view. Everything was superb from staff to room to food. Cake for wife's birthday was a special touch. Impressive entrance, luxurious toiletries, gorgeous cocktails, beautiful meal with breathtaking view. Friendly and polite staff. A first class start to our honeymoon.

Really good service at Shangri-La! We were initially judged upon arrival but they quickly fixed the blinds and were very good too retrieve our clothes stuck by the pool. The views, bed, bath, and swimming pool were all fantastic. The hotel was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for a gorgeous stay.

Located within a stunning tower, our stay in Shangri-La The Shard granted us breathtaking views of London's iconic skyline. The room was spacious, tastefully designed, and provided a serene escape from the bustling city below. The bathroom was well-equipped, offering both luxury and convenience. The staff demonstrated genuine hospitality throughout our stay, making us feel like valued guests. We indulged in a delectable breakfast buffet, and the variety of options ensured there was something to suit every palate. The hotel's bars and tree-lined restaurant provided exceptional dining experiences, further complemented by the beautiful flower displays.

While the check-in experience was initially confusing, the extra hour wait for our room was well worth it.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and escorted to my luxurious room with exclusive amenities such as a stunning infinity pool and an indoor swimming pool with sun loungers.

I did encounter a minor issue at the bar where some staff stood around and failed to attend to my request for more drinks. Despite this, the bar area had a great view and offered a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a drink.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities and attentive service at this hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with exclusive touches like heated toilet seats and TV mirrors. the infinity pool and sauna on the top floor provided stunning views and a relaxing experience.
